Getting Into State
First lets make it clear what “state” is. State is that mindset, that you adopt every time you are happy about your life. Every time when things are going the way you want them to, you go into state. The experience is wonderful, and as we know, the way we feel determines what we will attract.
There are two ways to achieve state – physical and emotional. Each one of them works in a different way, but in the end you achieve the same goal. How to do it? Read on…
The physical way is when you get into state as a result of your actions. Fake it until you make it, as some might say. And that’s exactly right. By “pretending” that you are in state, you will actually achieve it. It takes only a moment, and before you know it you regain back your confidence and optimism.
The emotional way is a little bit different, but it is again faking first. It is different for everybody, I guess, but anyway… You express the emotions that you would when in state. You never stop to think what others think of you, and this is key. It is not about what to do next, it is about where do you want to go?
The whole “faking” thing has a negative vibe attached to it. Maybe it is because some perceive it as if you have to pretend you are somebody else. Actually, you can be a different person every single second.
There is no sign that tells you how to behave. It is a thing we decide. And if your algorithm for making decision has changed, why is that faking? And indeed, at one point it will start feeling natural. Actually, it will be natural.
