You must act instead of react. That’s so true… from a certain perspective. The truth from a different point of view is that you are always reacting, it’s just the way you react can be very different. Different way of reacting will make a difference in your life.
People are conditioned to react to certain things in certain ways. When they fail, they blame the curcumstances for their failure. Well, do you REALLY think you can learn this habit by yourself? Not a chance.

Since you were born, you observe your environment, and you learn how to react. Your only way to interact with this world, is by imitating the interactions of those, who on the surface seem to know what they’re doing. That’s not the case almost every single time.

You are not responsible for your actions at the age of three, not even at the age of 10. You haven’t seen enough patterns about how to behave, and how to react. That’s some kind of explanation, although I doubt it.

However, after a certain age, you have seen a lot. I bet, that you’ve seen some pretty successful people. Or people, who are bound to succeed. They react to things in a certain way, very different than the “normal people”. And this is actually the only natural way there is.

When you react to something, it is usually on an other than conscious level. You just know how to react, even if this means to suffer. One person feels bad when things don’t turn the way he wants. Another is just pushed towards striving for perfection with even more passion. Both of them are reacting – only one of them is really acting.

Is there a reason NOT to act? Just look at the big picture, and do what you do with passion and focus. Do things, because you see the meaning behind them, and not because this is a habit you don’t have a will to break. That’s not a valid reason, and you know it!

People often can’t find the difference between neediness and desire. There’s a huge one. You need something when you feel a hole inside yourself, and you need to fill it.

That will never happen. The sense of integrity comes from within. Desire is something different, something much more aligned with the laws of our universe.

Desire is filled with passion. It’s never something you need. It is something you enjoy, something that you do, and something that you feel. And on some subtle level, you see the meaning of it all, and that is so powerful.

Can you always find a motivation to do what you “have/need” to do? Never.
You are looking in the wrong place. Motivation is something rational, and your mind is not.

You are moved by desire, and the experience you go through is called life. It’s not something you can find, because you either see it, or you don’t. Your goal is not something you can describe with words, your success is just a side effect.

It never was about you. Desire doesn’t care who you are. Give up your ego, give up every concept of yourself, forget everything. Be in the moment, crave the experience and just make it all happen. There is nothing more important than that. If you feel there is, then you’re just feeding energy where it doesn’t belong.

Letting your desire free is nothing more than a habit. It builds up with time, and at one point it reaches critical mass, and then you explode. All the limits you once had are now gone in the past. Do you want that reality for you? Then choose it!

Making a change is never easy. Your friends, your relatives, even you doubt, that you can change. Even after you already did, you’ll have doubts. You know why? It’s called a comfort zone. And it’s what you must always stay out of.

Your comfort zone is the place in your head where you feel comfortable. The place, where everything you believe is true. It NEVER matters if that reality you live in is optimal. Your mind is shouting at you “You are still alive, arent you? As far as you know, if you change, you might die!!!” That’s bullshit.

That was surely helpful some millions of years ago, when your hardest (and only) challenge was to survive at all costs. Now you’ve evolved. Get used to it. That evolution gives you power, and with power comes responsibility. (Spidey, you rule! )

If you don’t accept it, the decisions you make in your life are based on instincts, that are no longer up to date. I’m not saying not to follow your instincts. Most of them are still valid in every area of your life. That’s a topic for a different post.

Staying out of your comfort zone becomes a habit – there is no other way. Once that happens, it will be tough, but damn it’s powerful. Every time you fear doing something different, that doesn’t mean there is something to fear. But be sure, that there is always something to gain. You’ll never know what you’re missing until you see it. If you don’t do that, later you’ll look back and regret that.

Is failure what you’re really afraid of? Is it?
Have you ever experienced real failure? Not really. The only way to fail in ANYTHING is to give up. And to have the opportunity to give up, you have to first try. And if you don’t give up… surprise, surprise – you can’t fail. You’ve failed when you say you have. And there is no point in doing that, is there?

That sense of strong reality is all you’ve got. The only thing you can control are your thoughts – nothing else. Your thoughts are determined by you, or by your reality. Again, you make the choice. That choice can give you the advantage in life, that many people are not aware of. So choose wisely.

1. You become a better seller. If you’re in selling, then the change will be profound. Up to now chances are, that you did what you did expecting to get some kind of positive reaction. That’s no longer necessary. Now you’ve got the strong reality, and you aren’t asking your client for anything. Now he wants to be in your reality, and in your reality there is a product he’s currently missing. The client can react negatively, but if that happens, then he never needed your product anyway.

2. You become better at dating. I bet you’re always trying to impress your date when you’re going out. That’s never going to happen. She is much smarter than you, remember that. You can’t fool her, because on some level you are going to show signals, that don’t match with the person who you’re trying to be. She will notice that, be sure of it. So instead of trying to be someone you’re not, be yourself, and be comfortable about it.

3. Personal relationships are much more harmonic. You are not afraid to be who you are. If you were, then you’d hate your relatives/girlfriend/wife for not letting you be who you are. While actually, no one is stopping you. Except yourself that is.

4. You always know where you are going. Most people are doing more than one thing at a time. They are nervous, because they have so much to do, and it never gets done. That’s because they have to think about what other people think of them. As a result they do so many things that cripple them while on their way to their goal.

5. Where you are going is up to you. People will tell you, that you’re now an adult. And as an adult, you have to take care of your responsibilities first, and in what’s left of your time do what you want. That’s bullshit. If you’re married, or in a serious relationship, and you want to change, then just do it. Is it better to be less than what you want to be, only to keep some relationship. And besides, nobody said that your spouse won’t approve your change.

Maybe you’re thinking that this way of living is somewhat egocentric. Well, not really. Are leaders egocentric? People follow them, because they see their integrity. And this is the quality, that will breathe a feeling of safety in every person. That’s priceless. Only when you feel safe, you are able to go for what you desire. What you’ve done is to encourage other people to follow their dreams as well. Now is that really that much egocentric?

Is being passionate a good thing? For some it is, for some it ain’t. It all boils down to this – do you want “your society” to determine your thoughts. It considers being passionate and emotional as something chaotic, something counter-productive. Well, taking into account the reality they live in, you must agree it’s better not to pay attention to them.

Being passionate is one of the most powerful advantages we have as humans. It means complete surrendering of the ego – complete focus on your goal and nothing else. This is what we do intuitively as babies and little kids. Then we learn, that we have to get serious in order for people to see how grown up we are. And then… nothing. That’s not were you should be heading. That’s the way to mediocrity.

Have fun in everything you do. Be the one you want to be all the time. Not because it is the right thing to do, not even because this is the optimal way to achieve. The main reason is: because you enjoy it. Then the only thing that can happen is that your vibe spreads. You make a change everywhere you go, because the power you control is beyond measures. This is the power of a true leader.

So just notice what your life is all about right now. If you’re not noticing things you’re passionate about, this is the first step towards attracting some in your life. Passion is NOT the spice of life, it is what life is all about. Whether you are aware of it or not, everything you accomplished was because you were passionate about it. Never resist that, never pay attention to things and people who suppress your passion – they simply don’t have any clue about life, although they think they’ve got it all figured out. Well, if they had, they would be happy right now. So obvious, so simple.

Have you ever said to yourself “I would like to do this, but I don’t have enough time.” Well, then what do you have time for? The things you wouldn’t like to do?
If you haven’t noticed, time is precious! Time is the most wonderful resource you have. And it’s the one we have no control over. The only thing we do have control over are our thoughts. So you’d better align them in the right direction.

When you’re doing something you don’t want to, is time passing by, or is it like it has stuck in one place. Chances are that life will seem pretty long when you’re doing things you don’t want. What’s wrong with that? Nothing. However, later, you’ll need time for recreation. This is the biggest time-waster of them all. Because once you get in that lazy vibration, you’re done for today.

Time passes by, and you start bitching about how you never have enough time. Does that sound familiar to you? If so, then there is one thing you can do. There is one fancy trick you can use, and it does miracles.

Get Another Job! Get a hobby and make a job out of it! Be your boss, and be your employee.

You no longer resist your reality. And you no longer need time for recreation. Enjoying what you do is the best time saver. I can hear you say “If it was that easy, then how come no one thought of that?”
As much as I appreciate you calling me nobody (kidding ) , there is no need not to trust your own instinct. Society is stupid. Well, most of it is stupid. And the ones that are smart aren’t the same people as the ones who’ll judge you. These people have a lot of hobbies, but preaching the concept of doing what you love ain’t one of them. As far as they’re concerned, you are the only one who creates your reality.

This is HUGE. People will tell you, that you have to act in order to get what you deserve, and they’ll be right. But many of them don’t understand (at least consciously) how beautiful it is to act. However, the choice is yours:

1. Action is towards a goal.
Reaction is to your reality.

If you don’t want to achieve your goals, keep reacting and breathing life into your current state of affairs. If you do want to achieve them, then start acting. So simple, so true!

2. Action comes from within.
Reaction comes externally.

All change happens from within. If you keep reacting, you’ll be no better than a computer program. It’s exactly what they do – reacting all the way. If you want things to change, as we said, that change must happen from within.

3. Action makes you an achiever.
Reaction makes you a failure.

When you decide to act, there will always be obstacles. (if you pay attention to them) People are afraid to act, and those same people wouldn’t want to see you act as well. And if you do, then they will be more than happy to see you fail. This all happens on a subconscious level. They don’t want to admit their weakness. So as with everything, surround yourself with people who act.

4. Action makes you a leader.
Reaction makes you a follower.

People need leaders desperately. But for some stupid reason, they are afraid to become one. The story repeats, and they don’t want you do be a leader too. There are even phrases like “a born leader”. As if acting is something you have, not something you do. It’s obvious, but people tend to become blind when they need it.

5. Action makes you different.
Reaction makes you part of the crowd.

For many people, including my relatives, being a part of the crowd is a good thing. It gives you a sense of acceptance. They never stopped to ask themselves why they need that acceptance. The reality of an individual is in most cases weaker than the one of the society as a whole. The important thing is that you don’t really need it. You need to have your own frequency, and this way you’ll soon attract people like you. Such people are what you really need in your life. These are not people, who you can cry with. These are the people, with whom you should form what Napoleon Hill called a “Mastermind”.

Time is your most valuable resource, and it’s critical to know how to use it well. However, what I’m going to tell you here is a little bit different than what you might expect. You’ll soon notice that when I said simple ways, I wasn’t kidding.
So here we go:

1. Quit your job.

Now that will just free so much time for you, that you won’t even know what to do with it. You think I’m kidding? What can your job give you? You’ll probably say security, stability and the approval of society. The question you have to ask yourself is “Is it worth it?”.

2. Do what you want.

You want to play video games? Or maybe you want to party every night? Whatever it is, it’s fine to do it. You can always think of ways to earn money from your passion. There are no stupid jobs, there are only stupid people. Note: this is not exactly a timesaver, but it gives you more time to do your hobby.

3. Enjoy what you do.

If you can’t make a job out of your hobby, make a hobby out of your job. It’s not that different, but it’s well worth mentioning. Everything that you can be hired to do can become interesting for you. And even if it doesn’t, at least you’ll make your life easier until you find a job you like.

4. Get people to do your job.

It’s called being a businessman. If you source out, you’ll be able to do only the things you enjoy, and get the same job done. Hiring people who enjoy the things you hate, will make the end result better, and will give you the money to pay them. You’ll even earn a lot more than if you do everything by yourself.

5. Multitask.

That was just so unexpected, wasn’t it? But when you come to think about it, multitasking really helps.
Of course, you have to enjoy the things you do, but to make sure of that, choose a combination of the above. Then you’ll get into the flow – the state, where you can do complex things with ease, and without any stress.

If you felt it’s not that simple, then think again.
It is that simple, if you just let it be.

Social Conditioning – How Brainwashed Can You Possibly Get?

Since the moment you were born, you started learning new things. Things that are helpful, things that are not helpful – you can’t judge them, because you don’t know jack about life. So it becomes easy to just accept whatever was put in your subconscious as an undisputed fact.

Is social conditioning helpful to a certain extent? Yes, of course. It has taught you not to eat things you find on the floor, not to fart in public places (arguably a good thing), and a whole lot more. Without some of this knowledge, you’d be dead by now. But what is even more certain, is that without another part of this knowledge, you’d be one of the best people in our society.

Why are you so inclined to trust what social conditioning has taught you? To begin with, you don’t know very much about the world you live in. Do you know how your car can take you from your home to your workplace? Or do you know how this computer of yours is working? It’s no wonder that you start thinking “This society is very smart. I should listen to what those people say.” Of course, this is just an illusion.

However, many people are aware that this is not the right way to think, but they still do it. Why? Because they seek the approval of the society. They need to be accepted as a part of the society. Why they do it, and is it worth it at all… that is a topic for another time. The point is that this is how things are. And who says that you need the approval of the society. Oh yes, the society itself.

Brainwashing is a natural process nowadays. Believe it or not, it is not something that is being done with some purpose by some old men staring at a ring of LCD screens in a dark room. There isn’t a master plan to make people less confident and independent. If you become different than what the society expects you to be, then you’ll be getting different results, than what the society will be getting. But this is also a story, which is not for today.

Talk about changing realities. If you come to think of it, most of the people are not very sure about the world they live in. They don’t have a strong concept of reality, so it’s no wonder that they can’t act with confidence based on it.

The last sentence describes perfectly what it takes to be a leader. Is it that complex? No, not at all. And still leaders are the most highly valued people in our society. There is a single difference between the simple follower, and the confident leader, and it will shock you. That key is acceptance!

Just remember what happened on 9/11. People were running without any clue about where they were heading, but they didn’t really care. The thoughts in their minds were “Where did that friendly reality go? I want it back! I don’t want this one!!” . They were resisting the new reality.

They were not able to act upon it, of course. And they were searching for something – a leader, who can get them out of this mess. And what should this leader do – accept that this is how things are, because there is no point in resisting.

So do you want to be a leader? Well, then you know what to do!
