The reason is that it&#8217;s far easier to determine your vibration right from the start, than trying to change it while being busy doing stuff. As everything efficient, these ways are so simple, but the hard thing is to make a habit out of them. <span id="more-16"></span><br />
1.<strong> From the moment you wake up, be thankful that you did.</strong> <img src='http://choosingreality.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  I&#8217;m not going to say something like &#8220;As far as you know this might be your last&#8221; . But there is a concept I like -</p>
<blockquote><p>Live your day as if you&#8217;ll die tomorrow, and at the same time as though you&#8217;ll live 200 years.</p></blockquote>
<p>If you accept these two beliefs simultaneously, the change will be profound. I&#8217;m experiencing it right now, and the things that are happening are awesome. <img src='http://choosingreality.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>2. <strong>Make sure you have a job and hobbies that you love. </strong>Your job is your main motivator to get up and be productive. And if it&#8217;s Saturday or Sunday, then your hobbies will be the factor. Of course, it will be the best if your hobby is your job, as it is with me. Know that everything you believe in can become a profitable business, as long as you believe in it.</p>
<p><strong>3. Treat yourself as a king right from the start. </strong>Get a shower, cook yourself a breakfast and give up reading the newspaper. You don&#8217;t have the time? Yeah, you do! Even better &#8211; you&#8217;ll have more time than before since being happy makes you much more productive.</p>
<p><strong>4. Listen to audio-courses in your car while going to work. </strong>Self-development can help you be happy. Every time you are unhappy, you are just confused &#8211; nothing more. And it&#8217;s usually because you don&#8217;t know as much as you should.  If you hate learning things that will help you with your job, look at <strong>2.</strong></p>
<p><strong>5. Always have that thing (or more than one) to look forward to.</strong> You can create it, if you <strong>choose to create it</strong>. It is possible, and it&#8217;s easy if you know how. Otherwise it&#8217;ll be hard, but not that hard.</p>
<p>Of course there are more than five ways, but that should be enough for now. Once you&#8217;ve put yourself in that sort of vibration, you&#8217;ll constantly thing of new ways to do it. And when you get good enough, then it all will<a title="Grounded or Intuitive" href="http://www.choosingreality.com/law-of-attraction/grounded-or-intuitive.html" target="_blank"> start coming from within</a>.</p>

<p><em>Congratulations! You are just like 99% of the human population&#8230; at least until now!*</em></p>
<p>Why is it so hard to NOT do something? Maybe you know, maybe you don&#8217;t, but there is always more to everything than you think there is.</p>
<p>To begin with, your mind doesn&#8217;t know the meaning of the word &#8220;no&#8221;.  Whatever you think &#8211; this is it! It&#8217;s like saying &#8220;Whatever you do, do not think of a pink elephant!&#8221;. <strong>This is simply how your brain is wired.</strong> However, there is another reason, which you are most probably not aware of.</p>
<p>Imagine you have a box of chocolates in the kitchen. What you&#8217;ll probably do is to think &#8220;I should NOT eat them!&#8221;. Of course, you want to eat them, and maybe you&#8217;ll stop only after half the chocolates are gone. Then you&#8217;ll still feel good from the chocolate and you&#8217;ll be saying &#8220;I shouldn&#8217;t have done that.&#8221;</p>
<p>So basically you associate the word &#8220;should NOT&#8221; with something pleasant. Yeah, it is not good for you, but <strong>it feels nice</strong>. When you become aware of this belief, you&#8217;ll find it much easier to resist the temptation. <img src='http://choosingreality.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>And even better &#8211; the word &#8220;should&#8221; will have a greater influence over you. But be careful with that one. It is helpful when there are things you just know you should do, but you are lazy or whatever &#8211; and this is the good way to use the word &#8220;should&#8221;. Other people will try to use it too, in order to make you act according to what they believe. Then what you <strong>should</strong> really do is to <strong>change your focus immediately</strong> &#8211; but that&#8217;s a topic for another time. <img src='http://choosingreality.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How do you know who you are? What can tell you that? Is there any way to know for sure? The truth is, there is no way to &#8220;find out&#8221;. Actually, <strong>there is no such thing as &#8220;to find out&#8221;!</strong> And that&#8217;s a concept you&#8217;ll be better off getting used to.<span id="more-4"></span></p>
<p>People have five WRONG ways to know who they are:</p>
<ul>
<li>They try to guess what their friends and family think of them</li>
<li>They make a guess based on their current life situation</li>
<li>Even more useless &#8211; they take into account their belongings and the status of their bank account</li>
<li>Looking in the mirror and saying &#8211; &#8220;that&#8217;s me&#8221; is also a common approach</li>
<li>Some people don&#8217;t even bother looking for evidence and accept any failure as an indication that there is something seriously wrong with them, although they really don&#8217;t want to know what it is. <img src='http://choosingreality.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </li>
<li>And my favorite &#8211; those who can&#8217;t give you a reason why they think in a bad way about themselves, but they do it anyway.</li>
</ul>
<p>Notice that I said five, and I mentioned six. That&#8217;s because the last one is actually the right way to think &#8211; only replace bad=good. This is the optimal formula to determine who you are, if you really want to know so much. And if you think this is just confidence without the ability to support it, think again.</p>
<p>I can guarantee you, that if you keep that positive image of yourself, you will soon reach it or you&#8217;ll come very close to it. Your reality will always follow your concept of it, so at the very least there is no reason to think poorly of yourself. This is the self-fulfilling prophecy acting in your advantage. That&#8217;s if you allow it to!</p>
